Visit Back2BU for the latest updates and information on BU's response to COVID-19. Students can find additional information in the Undergraduate Student Guide and Graduate & Professional Student Guide.
As many of you already know, Boston University has taken a number of actions to mitigate the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) on our community in order to protect the health and well-being of its members. This includes you as the newest members of the BU family. Unfortunately, this means that previously planned Open House programs both on and off campus for the Class of 2024 have been suspended.
Although I know this is the right decision, I am still extremely disappointed as welcoming our newly admitted Terriers and their families to campus is always one of the highlights of the year for me. I also know that this means your decision about where to attend college next year will be a bit more challenging. To assist you, we are working with our colleagues in the undergraduate schools and colleges to enable you learn more about the University and to preview your life as a BU student.
Please join us to experience Boston University by participating in the wide array of virtual, online, and social media events that we have planned for you. I hope these events will provide you with an insider’s view of the BU community and the place you will call home for the next four years.
I look forward to meeting you on campus in the very near future and to welcoming you to the Boston University Class of 2024.
Warm regards,
Kelly A. Walter
Associate Vice President for Enrollment &
Dean of Admissions
